Sharp lemon zest over sweet cream and a grape-berry backbone. A sativa-leaning feminized hybrid that flowers in 8-9 weeks and stacks heavy, resin-coated tops.

Cheetah Piss was first bred in California, where it became a talking point as much for its odd name as for its quality. Behind the joke is a serious three-way pedigree: a lemon-forward Lemonade cut was crossed with Gelato 42, and that hybrid was then paired with London Pound Cake 97.
Each parent leaves a clear mark. Lemonade supplies the sharp citrus top notes and most of the sativa-leaning lift. Gelato 42 adds creamy sweetness, dense calyxes and bag appeal. London Pound Cake 97 rounds things out with grape and berry undertones, extra resin and a firmer frame. The plant grows to medium height with strong side branches that hold up chunky, sticky buds.
The name is a nod to the pungent, tangy edge some people catch when a jar is first opened, a sharp note sitting above the sweeter dessert layers. Because these are feminized seeds, each one is bred to grow into a flowering female plant, so your space goes to buds rather than males.
Consumers commonly describe a clear, upbeat head high that sharpens focus, followed by a mellow body ease that never quite turns to couch lock. Sessions usually run two to three hours.
A cheerful mental lift that many people say helps them lock onto a task.
Mood stays high while a light warmth settles into the shoulders.
The dessert side of the family brings a calm, loose finish.
With reported THC up to 25%, newer consumers should start low and wait before taking more. Dry mouth and dry eyes are the most common complaints, and some people report racing thoughts or anxiety at high doses. General reports, not medical guidance.
Fresh lemon peel hits first, then a sweet, creamy body and a grape-berry finish with a faint funky tang. It gets loud from about week five of flower, so run a carbon filter.
Drives the zesty top notes from the Lemonade side.
CaryophyllenePepper, warm spiceAdds the tangy, slightly funky bite.
MyrceneEarthy, ripe fruitDeepens the grape and berry undertones.
Harvest in the cool hours of the morning, dry at about 60°F and 60% RH for 10-14 days, then cure in jars to hold onto the volatile lemon notes.
Rated moderate. It grows with sativa-style vigor and stretches in early flower, so canopy control matters more here than with compact dessert strains.
Indoors, Cheetah Piss usually finishes between 3 and 5 feet, but the Lemonade side gives it a real growth spurt in the first two to three weeks after the flip. Plan for that stretch when you decide how long to veg. A 4×4 ft tent with a net is a comfortable home for one or two plants.
Under LED, run about 500-700 PPFD in veg and 700-1,000 PPFD in bloom. Top once at the fourth or fifth node and again on the two new leaders, then tuck growth under a SCROG screen. Fill the net about 70% before you flip so the flowering stretch fills the rest.
This hybrid takes a medium feed well. Keep nitrogen up through the stretch, then shift to a bloom formula by week three of flower. Watch leaf tips; if they burn, back off by about a quarter.
Most plants are ready 8 to 9 weeks after the switch. Check trichomes with a loupe: mostly cloudy with a few amber heads keeps the clear, upbeat character, while waiting for more amber tilts the finish toward relaxation.
A typical indoor timeline. Veg length is flexible; the flowering window comes from the genetics.
Paper towel or plug at 75-80°F
Soft light, 65-70% RH
Top twice, fill the net
8-9 weeks, stretch early

Outdoors, Cheetah Piss can top 5 to 7 feet and produce roughly 18 to 23 ounces per plant in full sun. It finishes in mid to late October, which is later than many dessert hybrids, so the length of your fall season matters. Set plants out after your last spring frost once nights hold above about 50°F.
Two things can cut a season short: an early hard frost and a run of cold autumn rain. In northern states, start seedlings indoors in spring so plants go out large, and keep a frost cloth or hoop cover ready for October. Strong lateral branches carry heavy tops, so a cage or trellis keeps them from snapping in wind. Use our harvest date calculator to see whether the finish lines up with your first frost.
Check your local rules before planting. Home cultivation is legal for adults in some states and not others, and plant limits differ. See marijuana laws by state.
Long, sunny, dry falls give a late finisher all the time it needs.
Dry air is ideal, but mid-October frost at elevation can arrive before harvest.
A late-October finish runs into cold, wet weather in many years; start early and cover plants.
Short seasons and damp autumns make a mid to late October harvest a gamble outdoors.
The long season suits it, but humid nights mean thinning the canopy for airflow.
Cheetah Piss is a sativa-dominant hybrid. The Lemonade parent brings the lift and stretch, while Gelato 42 and London Pound Cake 97 add a dense bud structure and a relaxed finish.
Our supplier reports THC in the 20-25% range. That is potent enough for experienced consumers, but individual plants vary with phenotype, environment and harvest timing, so treat the range as a guide.
Indoors, expect 8 to 9 weeks after switching to 12/12. Outdoors in the US it usually comes down in mid to late October, depending on your latitude and weather.
A trained indoor canopy can return roughly 1.5 to 1.8 ounces per square foot. Outdoors, healthy plants in full sun can produce roughly 18 to 23 ounces each, depending on soil, sun and season length.
It is rated moderate. The plant is vigorous and forgiving with feeding, but its stretch after the flip and dense late buds call for some canopy control and humidity management, so a second or third grow is a better fit.
Fresh lemon peel up front, a sweet, creamy middle and a grape-berry finish with a faint tangy funk. Limonene, caryophyllene and myrcene are the terpenes most often reported.
It does best where fall stays sunny and dry into late October, such as inland California and the Southwest. The Southeast also works with good airflow, while short northern seasons are risky.
The name plays on a sharp, tangy edge that some people notice when a jar is first opened, sitting above the sweeter lemon and dessert notes. It is a joke name for a strain with a serious pedigree.
